Lower the heat and sauté the onions together with the garlic until the onions are translucent.

Add the beef slices and coat them with the tomato paste mixture.
Dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in 1 liter of boiling water. Add the 1 liter beef stock to the pan.

Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 4.5 hours.
About 15 minutes before the meat is ready, heat up the deep fryer. Once it reaches the correct temperature, fry the 700 grams fries for the time indicated on the package—6 minutes in my case.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 32 mini cocktail sausages and 200 grams ham cubes, and cook for about 5 minutes.
